Join us at Hessel Schoolhouse for a hands-on weaving workshop with instructor Cheryl Gordon! Learn basic weaving techniques and create your own one-of-a-kind table rug (placemat) using a large frame loom.

Cheryl will guide you through the process of setting up the loom and introduce you to different weaving techniques. With yarn and fabric strips provided, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your creativity and design a unique piece for your home.

Once your weaving is complete, Cheryl will demonstrate how to remove your finished piece from the loom and properly finish it.

All materials are provided and Hessel Schoolhouse will supply the large frame loom for your use. No need to bring supplies—just come ready to learn, create, and enjoy an afternoon of weaving!

Space is limited to 8 students, so be sure to reserve your spot!
