OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

What We’re Looking For:
Preferred:

  • Associates degree in administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in administration, bookkeeping, or non-profit operations.


Required:

  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Self-motivation, excellent time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and other office management tools.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and common office procedures.

Your Role:
As the Office Administrator, you’ll:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our historic facility.
  • Collaborate with volunteers and assist the Avery Learning Center Director in programs and events like the Aldo Leopold Festival and publication of The Guide.
  • Maintain bookkeeping records, donor databases, and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Work closely with volunteers to support a variety of programs, events, and projects.
