Spend the day learning the art of making rich, bite-sized chocolate truffles from scratch.

In this hands-on class, participants will learn how to make ganache, properly temper chocolate, form the centers, and coat each confection before packaging the finished truffles to take home.

All materials and supplies will be provided, so you can simply come ready to learn, create, and enjoy the process.

Whether you’re a chocolate lover, curious about confectionery techniques, or looking for a fun hands-on experience, this class is a delicious way to build new skills and create something special.
