Spend the day learning how to create beautiful, handcrafted chocolate bon bons from start to finish.
In this hands-on class, participants will learn how to make rich ganache and caramel fillings, use colored cocoa butter to paint decorative designs inside polycarbonate molds, and properly temper chocolate to create smooth, glossy shells. You’ll then learn how to fill, seal, unmold, and package your finished bon bons for an elegant and delicious final presentation.
All materials and supplies will be provided, so you can focus on learning, creating, and enjoying the process. Lunch is also included in the class.
Whether you love chocolate, enjoy trying new culinary techniques, or are looking for a fun way to create something special for the holiday season, this class offers a unique opportunity to learn the art of chocolate bon bon making.
